Elijah has held a New Jersey real estate salesperson license for over two years. However, he has been going on listing appointments with his dad – James Hughes - since he was in middle school. Over this time, Elijah has seen firsthand what it takes to be successful in the industry with integrity and top-notch customer service as the most important attributes.
Elijah comes from a strong background of retail management and customer service having lead teams of 10-40 people. The skills learned in the retail environment have helped him in his real estate career.
Outside of real estate, Elijah is interested in music, art, and street fashion.
